Endometriosis Awareness Month: Infertility Community Support Class

March is Endometriosis Awareness Month, and we will be focusing on that for this month’s infertility topic.

1 in 10 women have endometriosis. Often women struggle in silence with this chronic pain. We are passionate about providing mental health support to women navigate the ups and downs of endometriosis. Our goal is to bring this community together to cope and heal by offering a safe environment to process. This support group is led by our in house counselor Amber Brooks LPC-A, and is open to anyone dealing with endometriosis.

Pre-registration is required. Class admission is $50 (only one ticket necessary per couple). Partners are encouraged to attend.

Infant Loss Support Class

Join us for an in-person community class at Anthus where we come together to support and heal from the loss of a precious child.

Losing a child at any stage is a challenge. Loss is loss at any stage and matters. Here we share our stories about walking through infant loss from miscarriage to sudden loss. Grief is hard to process alone, so we take a group therapeutic approach lead by Amber Brooks LPC-A. This class offers a safe space for parents, family members, and friends to share their stories, find solace, and learn coping strategies. We walk through the stages of grief and how to cope with challenges in life that may feel like set-backs in grief. There is no timeline on healing, only a promise of the journey forward. Together we process our grief and take steps closer to healing.

Pre-registration is required. Class admission is $50 (only one ticket necessary per couple).
