We'll also discuss common infant concerns such as how to care for diaper rash, signs of umbilical stump infections, and how to watch for allergies as your little one begins transitioning to solid foods later in their first year. This class is an educational class with the goal of addressing common, healthy baby concerns so you can grow confidently with your little one in the season of early parenthood.

You only need to buy one ticket if you are attending with your partner.

Topics covered include basic nutrition and exercise to stay healthy and low-risk, what to expect during labor, epidurals, and cesarean section, coping techniques and comfort measures, and writing a birth plan. The course runs 7 hours with a one-hour lunch break.
