Keith Gist is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist that is board certified in chronic pain management. His anesthesia practice has taken him all over the Permian Basin, but his true passion is pain management with a holistic approach to restoring function and overall happiness.

Chrystal is a registered nurse and shares in Keith’s passion. She has assisted him in growing his thriving pain practice and ensures each patient has a delightful experience. She loves to talk about restoring your body from ’core to floor.’ She strongly believes in getting the body back to its highest function after pregnancy, injury, or simply jumpstarting your health.

Their Anthus location, called Remedy Pain & Restoration, has two machines used to help restore muscle strength. The Emsculpt machine builds functional muscle while eliminating undesired fat to produce a stronger core group of muscles and a leaner physique. He couples this therapy with another machine called the Emsella which uses the same high-intensity electromagnetic impulse as the Emsculpt to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. In turn, the results lead to decreased incontinence and increased pelvic floor muscle tone and strength.

Keith loves to spend time with his family doing anything outside including hunting, fishing, and watching the kids play sports. He and Chrystal have been married 14 years and have two children, Carson & Karlie.
